THE NOVUS

The Novus is Durham's newest luxury residential offering in the Durham Five Points district. This 27 story high rise will house 54 condominiums and 188 apartments with ground floor retail opportunities.

Austin Lawrence Partners is collaborating with design partner LS3P and construction partner Samet Corporation to build this exciting addition to the Durham skyline.
