This past Thursday, we celebrated a monumental stage in the progress of The Novus Project with a Topping Out event!
The mayor of Durham, Leonardo Williams gave a brief speech, highlighting the benefits this new high rise will bring to the city. Samet spoke and relayed their appreciation and recognition of the hard work being done on site. Project partners, Global Holdings, Austin Lawrence Partners, and LS3P also showed their support, sharing a few words.
Thank you to all who were able to support and attend this ceremony. It was a pleasure to spend time with all field teams enjoying BBQ, prize raffle, and music.
